FERTIGATION. MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
Equipment designed for the controlled and efficient supply of fertilizers in the irrigation network, strictly injecting the quantities that the technicians determine are adequate to satisfy the nutritional needs of the crop. Fertilizer and acid dosing is done by Venturi injectors.
MINIMAC
Indicated for small and medium agricultural facilities, since the maximum fertilizer injection capacity is 300 l / h per injection line.
- The equipment is connected by-pass to the main irrigation system.
- Stainless steel structure that incorporates the auxiliary pump (50 or 60 Hz), the pH and EC sensors, the electrical panel and the Mastia Hidro control equipment.
- PVC injection lines made up of 500 l / h float meters, 4 mm solenoid valves, manual and non-return valve and Venturi system.
MINIMAC RD
It has the simplest format of the Nutricontrol automatic fertigation equipment, created to maintain precision in the fertigation of small and medium-sized farms, easily integrating into both newly created and existing projects.
Manufactured on a stainless steel structure, it is specially designed for projects where installation economy is sought, but without dispensing with the benefits of automation. Accurate application of fertilizer and acid or base for stable control of pH and EC is achieved through precise and efficient Venturi-type injectors, which do their work without moving parts.
NUTRIMAC
Indicated for medium and large agricultural facilities, since the maximum fertilizer injection capacity is 600 l / h per injection line.
- The equipment is connected by-pass to the main irrigation system and includes a safety device to block the injection of fertilizers.
- Stainless steel structure that incorporates the auxiliary pump (50 or 60 Hz), the pH and EC sensors, the electrical panel and the Mithra Hidro control equipment.
- PVC injection lines made up of 1200 l / h float meters, 9 mm solenoid valves, manual and non-return valve and Venturi system.
NUTRIMAC WITH DEPOSIT
Indicated for medium and large agricultural facilities, since the maximum fertilizer injection capacity is 600 l / h per injection line.
- The equipment generally works in line with the main irrigation network, and can also be connected to by-pass when irrigation flow rates are higher.
- Stainless steel structure that incorporates the auxiliary pump (50 or 60 Hz), the 100 l mixing tank, the pH and EC sensors, the electrical panel, a safety device to block the injection of fertilizers and the equipment of Mithra Hidro control.
- PVC injection lines composed of 1200 l / h float meters, 10 mm solenoid valves, manual and non-return valve and magnetic drive pump.
NUTRIMAC BIG FLOW
Designed for large areas of soil cultivation, outdoors and golf courses. These equipment allow to fertilize by volume, irrigation time or the combination of several of these factors.
- It is recommended to add fertilizers in l / m³. Apt to work with irrigation by schedule or by demand.
- Stainless steel structure prepared to house the fertilizer injectors, the electric desk and the auxiliary pump. The electrical desk includes the control equipment and the protection and safety devices.
- It also offers the possibility of installing fertilizer counters.
